Your wellness records
Lumenta stores mood entries, journals, chat history, photos, voice recordings and garden progress in the app on your iPhone. We do not operate a server that receives your wellness records, and the inspected current release includes no advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDK. Optional Apple services, device backups and files you share have separate data boundaries described below.
Data and choices

AI and speech are separate
Generative AI is optional. When enabled on a compatible device with iOS 26 or later and Apple Intelligence available, Lumenta uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. AI responses can be mistaken and are not diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
Speech recognition uses Apple's Speech framework and separate OS permission. Version 2.7 may use Apple's speech service depending on device capability. Updated builds beginning with 2.8 require on-device recognition and cannot transcribe when that mode is unavailable. Voice recordings are stored locally; exports and device backups remain your choice.

This website
The site serves information and links to the App Store. It uses no advertising tracker or email sign-up form, and fonts are supplied by your device. Website hosting necessarily processes request metadata such as IP address and browser information to deliver and secure the site. The hosting provider's handling is separate from your private app records.
Security and retention
App-owned files use iOS data protection. An optional passcode/biometric app lock adds a local access screen; it does not replace your iPhone's security. Records remain until you delete them or remove the app. Local export files are intended to be temporary. Apple purchase/identity records and any support messages follow their respective service retention.
Backups, sharing and deletion
You can export a backup or a readable report. Keep the backup recovery key private: Lumenta cannot recover it for you. Readable exports contain sensitive information and should be shared only with intended recipients.
Settings → Delete All Data removes app-owned records and attachments. It cannot revoke copies already shared, saved to Files, held by recipients, or included in device backups. Delete those copies through the service or storage location where you kept them. Do not assume uninstalling erases every backup or recipient copy.
Age, changes and contact
